Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your data when using GetNotivo.

1. Information we collect

Account data

Email, name (optional), authentication and plan details.

Device information

FCM/APNS tokens, platform type, device name, and registration status.

Notification data

Delivery logs, open rates, channel subscriptions, and engagement metrics.

Technical data

IP addresses, user-agent, API logs for security, fraud prevention, and performance.

2. How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Services (device management, notification delivery, analytics).
  • Deliver push notifications to registered devices on your behalf.
  • Protect users (abuse detection, fraud prevention, rate limiting, spam filtering).
  • Communicate about account, billing, security, and product updates.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, FCM/APNS infrastructure, email, analytics) and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party notification services

GetNotivo uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) to deliver notifications. These services are governed by Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies. We do not control or have access to data processed by these platforms beyond delivery confirmation.

5. Data retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Device tokens are retained while devices are active. Notification logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and security requirements.

6. Your choices

You can update account details, manage device registrations, control channel subscriptions, and manage marketing emails. For requests, contact Support.
