GetNotivo provides push notification delivery, device management, channel subscriptions, analytics, and related tools ("Services"). You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services.
2. Account & access
- You're responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all notifications sent through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use GetNotivo to:
Spam notifications
Send unsolicited, excessive, or irrelevant push notifications to users.
Malicious content
Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content through notifications.
Illegal content
Promote or facilitate illegal activity or prohibited content.
Abuse / overload
Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the API, or disrupt the service.
4. Notification delivery & moderation
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may also block abusive notifications, enforce rate limits, and disable channels or devices to protect users and the platform. Delivery of notifications depends on third-party services (FCM/APNS) and is not guaranteed.
5. Usage limits & quotas
Your plan includes limits on devices, channels, and monthly messages. Exceeding these limits may result in delivery failures or account suspension. Upgrade your plan to increase quotas.
6. Payments, plans & cancellations
If you purchase a paid plan, fees are billed according to the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime; access may continue until the end of your billing period depending on your plan settings.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted notification delivery, 100% delivery rates, or that third-party services (FCM/APNS) will remain available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetNotivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This includes damages from failed notification delivery, service interruptions, or third-party platform issues.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you.
